Accommodation services
The price for accommodation includes: (foreign hunter or person accompanying him)
- accommodation and food,
- accommodation and food for guide/interpreter
- ”S” category hunting lodge - £63
- extra charge for single room - £13
- ”I” category hunting lodge - £55
- extra charge for single room - £12
- all other hunting lodges - £45
- extra charge for single room - £8
”S” category accommodation is situated in small mansion houses, villas, residences and other detached houses where there is:
- private entrance to the hunters’ rooms,
- private bathroom,
- separate dining room and living room with a TV,
- drying room
Such rooms are comfortable, well prepared, and equipped with beds or sofa beds, wardrobes, bedside cabinets, rifle stands, and superior decoration.
” I” category accommodation is in hotels, guest houses or other houses in private grounds with:
- a separate bathroom for hunters’ use only,
- a separate dining room and living room
The hunters rooms are comfortable and well prepared with beds or sofa beds, wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
Other accommodation is situated in adequate but less luxurious premises than the above. Rooms are comfortable and well prepared with beds or sofa beds, wardrobes and bedside cabinets. If adequate space is available, meals may be served in the room.
Other information:
- If the accommodation is required for longer than the last full day’s stay a fixed charge of £15 per person is payable for each extra meal,
- If the stay is shortened a refund is payable of £10 per person for each meal not taken,
- A special formal meal, dinner or supper, may be orderd at an extra charge per person of £16,
- An inerpreter/guide emloyed by the Provider will be competent in a lanquage that is understood well by the foreign hunter,
- In the case of a large group hunt the services of an interpreter/guide is compulsory,
- Each foreign hunter or person accompanying him in the hunt pays £5 to £13 for the services of an interpreter/guide. The amount of this fee depends on the type and duration of the hunt.
- The interpreter/guide’s fee is established in Polish currency (PLN) by the Provider or by the Hunt Agency.
Hunt organisation
- Individual hunt.
The organiser will:
- prepare the hunting ground,
- provide one assistant Polish hunter for each foreign hunter,
- prepare and value the trophies £38 per day per hunter
Payment for organising a hunt game will be calculated according to previous orderings. Other methods of fee calculations may be accepted on a client suggestions.
- Group hunts.
The organiser will:
- are organised from the first Saturday before 1 October to the first Sunday after 15 January.
- prepare the hunting ground,
- provide the necessary number of beaters and gundogs,
- organise transport,
- organise a final tribute to the quarry,
- provide a horn blower,
- announce the hunt winner and runner-up and award them souvenirs ,
- prepare and value trophies.
Fees per day per hunter are:
Hunting:- in a group 3-5 of hunters £85,
- 6 and more £105
Attention please!
There are possibilities for 1-2 foreign hunters to participate in a driven game organized for a hunters' association members. To take part in such a game you need to pay £50 for one person per day .
Besides that, a hunter who wins a beast is obliged to pay for it according to the prices given in the price list.
Species, shooting, trophies
Bison
All bison are protected by law in Poland but every year a commission of the Ministry of the Environment selects a few animals to be shot. The price for shooting a bison depends on the size of the trophy (the horns) valuated according to the C.I.C. formula. Big-game hunts are held in October and November; requests for this kind of hunt should be sent no later than Spring of the same year. Further information can be obtained from this Agency.
Elk
According to a Ministry of the Enviroment regulation of 10 April 2001 elk are a protected species throughout the year in Poland.
Deer
Red stags:

The fees for shooting are according to the weight of the antlers including the skull (occipital and nose bones, upper jaw) without the lo-wer jaw:
- up to 1.99 kg - 289,-
- 2.00 to 3.49 kg - 720,-
- 3.50 to 4.99 kg - 886,-
- 5.00 to 5.99 kg - 967,- plus 2.8,- for each 0.01 kg over 5.0kg
- 6.00 to 6.99 kg - 1256,- plus 4.9,- for each 0.01 kg over 6.0kg
- 7.00 to 7.99 kg - 1766,- plus 8.4,- for each 0.01 kg over 7.0kg
- 8.00 kg and over - 2619,- plus 12.5 ,- for each 0.01 kg over this weight.

- 60.1 cm to 70.0 cm - 649,- plus 54.0,- for each cm over 60 cm
- 70.1 cm to 80.0 cm - 1250,- plus 159,- for each cm over 70 cm
- over 80 cm - 2899,- plus 210,- for each cm over this length

The fee depends on the length of tusks (average length of the two tusks taken on the longer side of the bow):
- 14.0 cm - 15.9 cm - 385,-
- 16.0 cm - 20.0 cm - 399,- plus 11,- for each mm over 16 cm
- over 20 cm - 849,-plus 14,- for each mm over 20 cm
If a hunter wishes to take the whole head the visible part of the tusks are taken as 1/3 of their total length. This is the basis on which the fee is calculated.
Two to three year-old boar (tusks up to 13.99 cm), wild sow, two-year old and young wild boars. The price depends on the weight of the disembowelled animal:
- up to 29.9 kg -50,-
- from 30.0 kg to 49.9 kg - 113,-
- from 50.0 kg to 79.9 kg - 199,-
- over 80.0 kg - 283,-
- rifle-shot boar on individual or group hunt - 75,-
Note: when the boar’s tusks are shorter than 14 cm. there is the possibility of a reduction of 10% in the fee for a boar shot on an individual or group hunt.
